Lead the organization’s HR and staff care programs and policies. This includes but is not limited to employee recruiting, relations, compensation, benefits, and personal and spiritual development. This is a vision and leadership role. Much of the Staff Care director’s time will be spent in meetings and developing new systems and policies. Many of the daily tasks of the Staff Care department should be delegated to assistants and the spiritual life supervisor.
