The primary responsibility of the Child Care Houseparents is to provide for the spiritual and emotional needs of the nannies through Bible studies, discipleship programs, one-on-one mentoring, etc., and ensure that household properties are properly maintained and cared for.

Your service will include:

• Promote and mentor spiritual growth on a day-to-day basis in the life of the staff.
• Perform evaluations on staff as it relates to social and spiritual issues.
• Ensure organizational guidelines and policies are followed in the household.
• Oversee farewell parties for the nannies.
• Ensure that household property is properly maintained and kept in good condition.
• Assist with capital projects at the household.
• Actively look for opportunities to recruit nannies as needed.
• Assist with other staff functions of the organization.

• Volunteer Support: We cover your living expenses and give you a monthly spending money stipend.
