Progress on the Property Development

Sep, 2024 | Legacy Project

We are excited to share with you that the soil sampling on the current property under contract for Phase 2 has begun this week.

This important step, which started this week marks a significant milestone in our development process. The soil sampling will help us determine if there is any contamination from the neighboring property that needs to be addressed.

What’s Happening:

  • Field Work: The initial fieldwork for soil sampling will take about two weeks to complete.
  • Lab Analysis: Once the fieldwork is done, the samples will undergo lab analysis, which will take an additional eight weeks.

The results from these tests are crucial as they will provide us with a clear understanding of the soil’s current condition. This information will guide us on whether any soil remediation is required before we continue with the development.

If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
