Exciting news! We are taking a significant step forward in our property development journey. Starting Monday, September 2, the soil sampling on the property for Phase 2 will begin. This crucial process will help us test for contamination from the neighboring property.
What we Expect:
- Field Work: The soil sampling field work will take approximately two weeks.
- Lab Work and Analysis: Following the fieldwork, it will take another eight weeks for lab work and analysis.
This data will be incredibly valuable in helping us understand the current state of the soil. It will inform us if any contamination still exists and whether any soil remediation is necessary before we proceed with property development.
Key Dates:
- Soil Sampling Start Date: Monday, September 2
- Estimated Completion of Lab Work: Around mid-November
- Property Closing Date: December 31, 2024
