We have good news regarding the progress of our property purchase.
Two weeks ago, our attorney had a productive meeting with several Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) officials. We are pleased to report that the meeting went exceptionally well. The EPA has confirmed that they will provide an agreement allowing us to proceed with the purchase without assuming liability.
This agreement also stipulates that New Horizons Ministries will conduct a Phase 2 environmental study, which includes soil testing to identify any remaining contamination on the property.
We have already selected a contractor for this project. In the coming weeks, our next step is to schedule and start the Phase 2 environmental study with our contractor.
