Hi, I’m Mallory!

When I was born, my mother was incarcerated, and she didn’t have anyone who was able to care for me. She chose to put me in the care of a New Horizons foster family, and I was welcomed into a family with two other kiddos and a wonderful mom and dad. I just turned one year old, and every week I get to visit my mom in prison.

It is well documented that early childhood experiences play a critical role in shaping a child’s future, and our program aims to provide a positive foundation for these children. By providing them with a nurturing environment, we hope to give them the best possible start in life, regardless of their circumstances.
